  • The permit application meets the necessary conditions for submission, but the relevant government authority confirms that the permit cannot be processed or approved.
  • The inability to process the permit is due to regulatory changes or unforeseen circumstances beyond the applicant’s control.

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal of the application due to personal reasons, change of mind, or business decisions.
  • Failure to provide the necessary documents required for processing within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of required information leading to application rejection.

Exceptions to the above may be considered at the sole discretion of the company on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Process & Deductions

If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be subject to deductions for:

  • Administrative fees incurred during the application process.
  • Any work or services that have already been rendered, including document preparation, consultation, or submission efforts.

The final refund amount will be calculated based on actual expenses incurred and will be determined at the company’s sole discretion.

3. Refund Application Procedure

To request a refund, a formal letter must be submitted via email to sup.license20@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. A clear and detailed reason for the refund request.
  2. Supporting evidence or documentation, if applicable.
  3. Original bank account details for the refund transfer.

Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in processing delays or denial of the refund request.

4. Processing Time

  • We will provide a formal written response regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request within 14 days of receiving a complete application.
  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be transferred to the original payment account within 30 days from the approval date.

5. Amendments to the Policy

The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Clients are encouraged to review the latest policy before making a request.

2. 退款流程及扣除费用

如退款申请获批,退款金额将扣除以下费用:

  • 在申请过程中已产生的行政费用。
  • 已完成的服务,包括文件准备、咨询、提交工作等。

最终退款金额将根据实际支出计算,并由公司全权决定。

3. 退款申请流程

客户需通过电子邮件向 sup.license20@gmail.com 提交正式退款申请,并提供以下信息:

  1. 清晰且详细的退款理由。
  2. 相关证明文件(如适用)。
  3. 退款所需的原始银行账户信息。

若信息不完整或不准确,可能导致处理延误或退款申请被拒绝。

4. 退款处理时间

  • 我们将在收到完整申请后 14 天内 提供书面回复,通知申请是否获批。
  • 退款申请获批后,退款金额将在 30 天内 退还至原支付账户。

5. 政策修改

公司保留随时修改、更新或调整本退款政策的权利,且无需另行通知。所有更改一经发布即刻生效。建议客户在申请退款前查阅最新政策。
